Strength development is produced through a periodized and individualized strength training program that incorporates both Olympic style weightlifting and more traditional strength training techniques.In addition Bosu ball, Fitball and medicine ball strength training techniques are used to develop functional strength, balance and core stability. The strength program is recommended for athletes ages 13 and over.
NO LIMITS SPEED & ATHLETICISM TRAINING
Speed development is produced through various drills and exercises that teach proper running biomechanics along with increasing the athletes ability to produce a greater stride length & frequency.In addition to developing these fundamental components, the No Limits Sports Performance Program also uses many other techniques to enhance an athletes overall athleticism (hand-eye coordination, ambidexterity, agility, foot quickness, vertical jump, mental focus, etc). The speed & athleticism program is recommended for athletes ages 8 and over.
