Program Overview
The No Limits Sports Performance program was originally designed by Tim McIntire and Chad Parish, and is in constant development in an effort to master the art and science of creating athletes.
The No Limits program focuses on developing a more powerful athlete.This can be illustrated by using the power equation.
Force X DistanceStrength X Flexibility
Power = TimeORPower =Speed
Strength development is produced through a periodized and individualized strength training program that incorporates both Olympic style weightlifting and more traditional strength training techniques.In addition Bosu ball, Fitball and medicine ball strength training techniques are used to develop functional strength, balance and core stability.
Flexibility is enhanced through the use of various stretching techniques in conjunction with requiring athletes to train through a full range of motion at all times.
Speed development is produced through various drills and exercises that teach proper running biomechanics along with increasing the athletes ability to produce a greater stride frequency.
In addition to developing these fundamental components, the No Limits Sports Performance Program also uses many other techniques to enhance an athletes overall athleticism (hand-eye coordination, ambidexterity, agility, foot quickness, vertical jump, mental focus, etc).
As a result of most athletic movements originating from the ground and transferring through the body, The No Limits Sports Performance program also places a large emphasis on core strength.This is achieved through various exercises that develop strength in both the abdominal and lower back regions.
The No Limits Sports Performance Athleticism program is recommended for athletes 8 years of age and older.This program is designed to be a 2 day per week program (Tuesday, Thursday) focusing on developing functional strength, speed, and overall athleticism.
The No Limits Sports Performance Strength and Athleticism program is recommended for athletes 13 years of age and older.The program is designed to be a 5 day per week training program with Monday, Wednesday, and Friday sessions focusing on strength training along with Tuesday and Thursday sessions focusing on speed and athleticism.
The program can be modified to fit any athletes needs and schedule.
